At the inaugural Crypties Awards from Decrypt Studios in Miami on November 30, Crypto Unicorns was awarded the Cryptie for Game of the Year. Accepting the statuette was Katrina Wolfe, with presenter Avery Akkineni of Vayner3 looking on. The other nominees in the category were Stepn, Zed Run, and Blankos Block Party.

The panel featured Clay Robbins of Slow Ventures, Soona Amhaz of Volt Capital, Sarah Guo of Conviction and formerly Greylock, and Alex Strzesniewski of AngelBlock. The panel, hosted by Decrypt’s Jason Nelson, discussed the current bear market and how to navigate it.
